Returns & Refunds
Apparel Orders (Dynamic Apparel & Partners):
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another of the same value within 14 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges will only be available if the following conditions are met:
• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition*. If the packaging has been unsealed and the garment removed, please include the old packaging in the return parcel where possible.
• Contact must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. This can either be done via the contact form on our website, phone or email. Please ensure your order number is quoted as the subject of your return notification. All items that arrive without prior notification will not be subjected to a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be sent back via a tracked delivery service. Customers are responsible for any postage costs on returns and exchanges unless the item is defective.
(*In the event of washability issues, we will accept that the item is not in its original condition. We will still need to perform an inspection before advising if a refund can be issued.)
If the above conditions are met you may return your item for a refund or exchange for a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative item, please select an item of similar value as any differences will not be refunded. Please note we are only able to offer exchanges for items of the same brand.
All decisions for returns and refunds will be made within 24 hours of receiving the returned item(s) following an inspection. If approved, a replacement item or refund will be processed within 2 business days (dependant on stockholding).
Shipping costs will not be included in any refund unless the item is received defective.
Print Shop orders:
Unlike our Clothing orders, customized merchandise cannot be cycled back into stock. The only instances where we can accept returns for merchandise orders are as follows:
• Your order has arrived faulty (damaged or misprinted)
• You receive a delivery which does not match your order
If your order has arrived faulty, please include supporting photographs in your email communication so we can make an initial assessment of the faults. All notifications for faults and returns must be made via email within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Failure to notify us within 48 hours would be seen as though the order has been inspected and accepted in which we are unable to offer refunds.
Once the return has been accepted, please ensure your order arrives with us within 14 days of the original delivery. All items must arrive back at our office for a full inspection before any refunds or exchanges can be actioned.
We may offer to provide free replacements for any faults which the customer is able to either accept or refuse.
Decisions for returns and refunds will be made within 24 hours of receiving the returned item(s) following an inspection. Any instances where we are unable to approve an exchange or refund, the customer will be contacted directly to discuss their options.
For all print shop orders where a low resolution image has been submitted (as detailed below in the artwork section) we are unable to offer any refunds due to your acceptance of the image quality upon placing your order. Our website has clear guidance on the image quality we require on our terms of service page.
In all refund cases, please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Rave Essentials Orders:
Due to the nature of our rave essentials range (with the majority coming into direct contact with body parts including the ears, nose or mouth) we are unable to accept returns and/or refunds in any circumstance unless the item has arrived damaged.
If an item has arrived damaged we allow 48 hours for return requests. Failure to submit your request within this time limit will be deemed as an acceptance of the item.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on any of our orders.
