Our mugs are dishwasher proof and microwave safe.

All mugs are printed using a dye sublimation process which transfers the ink directly into the substrate, leaving a permanent transfer and maximum durability.

Order Instructions

Ordering your Mugs can be done in 3 simple steps:

1. Select your total quantity. 
2. Upload the file you wish to be printed to our server (JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD or AI)
3. Add to your basket and complete your purchase.

It’s that simple!

Once all information has been received, we will perform a swift inspection of the artwork to ensure the resolution is high enough for a top quality print. Should there be any issues with the quality of the artwork, or any issues matching your order, our team will be in touch before proceeding.

Artwork Requirements

Your initial design file is a critical element which directly affects the outcome of the print. The higher the resolution of the design, the cleaner the result.

When it comes to graphics, there are a few requirements which need to be met before we can approve your design and process your order . This includes:

• File format of either transparent PDF, PNG, PSD or AI
(JPG files can be utilised for photo printing however the resolution will need to be assessed before proceeding)
