List pricing includes 2D or 3D puff embroidery to the front cap face. We also offer additional services including side & back stitching of the cap.

Cap colours can be alternated within the order however stitching colour must remain the same.

Minimum order: 6pcs

Order quantities available: Multiples of 6

Estimated lead times for all cap orders is 2 - 3 weeks.

Order Instructions

Ordering your Caps can be done in 3 simple steps:

1. Select your total order quantity and input the individual quantities of each colour cap required. Please ensure colour quantities match the total amount you wish to order.
2. Upload the file you wish to be stitched to our server (PNG, PDF, PSD or AI)
3. Add to your basket and complete your purchase.

Artwork Requirements

Your initial design file is a critical element which directly affects the outcome of the print. The higher the resolution of the design, the cleaner the result.

When it comes to graphics, there are a few requirements which need to be met before we can approve your design and process your order . This includes:

• File format of either transparent PDF, PNG, PSD or AI.

• Minimum 300DPI resolution

• Document size of at least 30cm

(All designs should also be vectored where possible to sharpen the elements and greatly reduce any pixilation)

Please note, 3D puff will only produce clean results using a simple logo or lettering. Complex designs will not produce quality results.
